Alentejo Regional Wine

Vitis Vinifera - Aragonez (30%), Trincadeira (30%), Alicante Bouschet (20%), Castelão (10%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%)


This wine was produced with grapes of noble varieties exclusively from our vineyards. After strict control of the maturation of the grapes in the vineyard, the date of the harvest of each of them was decided, which were then harvested by hand and transported to the winery in small boxes of 12-14 kg. > Vinification

Fermented separately in our traditional stone mills with controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation it had a small stage of 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by a small stage in bottle.

Tasting Note

Garnet color and aroma of red fruits, some jam and rounded tannins.

Technical data

It can be consumed immediately although it can benefit from 1 to 2 years of aging in bottle, as long as it is stored in the proper conditions. It should be served at a temperature of 17ºC and decanted if possible.
