This wine was produced with grapes from the noble varieties originating exclusively from our vineyards. After a strict control of the grapes’ maturation in the vineyard, the date for the harvest of each grape variety was decided and the grapes were hand harvested and transported to the cellar in small 12-14 Kg boxes.

After the decantation of the must, the alcoholic fermentation was undertaken in stainless steel tanks, using the off skins method.
Presents a pink, bright colour, and a clean, good intensity aroma recalling wild berries. Light, balanced and with a good acidity, granting ita fresh finish.
May be consumed immediately, although it may benefit from a stage of 1 to 2 years in the bottle, as long as properly stored. Should be served at 12°C. Considering that it has been slightly filtered, it may present some precipitateinside the bottle.
