This wine was produced with grapes from the noble varieties of Antão Vaz, Arinto and Roupeiro, originating exclusively from our vineyards. After a strict control of maturation, the date for the harvest of each grape variety was decided and, after being hand harvested, the grapes went through a slight peculiar maceration before pressing. After the decantation of the must, the alcoholic fermentation was undertaken in modern stainless steel tanks using the off skins method.
Wine with a citrine colour. Ripe fresh fruit flavours. Good struture on the palate, with a pronounced acidity. Has a lingering and pleasant finish.
May be consumed immediately, although it may benefit from a stage of 1 to 2 years in the bottle, as long as properly stored. Should be served at 12ºC.
