Wine
Alentejo Regional Wine
Vitis Vinifera - Aragonez (40%), Alicante Bouschet (40%) and Trincadeira (20%)
Vintage
This wine was produced with noble grape varieties that come exclusively from our vineyards. After strict control over the maturation of the grapes in the vineyard, the harvest date for each of the varieties was decided, which were then hand-picked and transported to the winery in small 12-14 kg boxes.
Winemaking
Fermented by variety, in our traditional stone presses at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, followed by a period of storage in the bottle.
Tasting Note
Wine with a fine and elegant aroma of red fruits, in the mouth with a smooth entry. It has excellent tannins and complexity, balanced and persistent finish.
Technical Data
It can be consumed immediately, although it can benefit from 2 to 3 years of aging in the bottle, provided it is stored under the proper conditions. It should be served at a temperature of 17°C and if possible decanted.
